Casa de Colorado is a ranch style villa located in the guarded Reserva de Golf community of Hacienda Pinilla. The villa is situated on a large rotunda park and approximately 900m from the Pacific Ocean. The villa is architecturally beautifully crafted from local topical hardwoods and stone and includes venetian plaster wall finishing.

The villa features a private saline/salt pool, detached garage and lush tropical gardens with local fruit trees around the property. A covered front porch and back patio space provide a welcome escape from the tropical sun (or heavy rains depending on the season).

Ceiling fans are located throught the villa and energy efficient air conditioning is installed throughout. The home was constructed using LEED specifications including a thermal barrier between the tile and wood to minimize cooling requirements.

The kitchen is well appointed with new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The villa has 2 whole home water filters and water softener.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms in the villa with 5 beds plus an available rollaway (1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 portable). There are also 4 full bathrooms (3 en-suite, 1 common) and a dedicated laundry room and dry area.

With miles of vacant beaches, canopy/ATV tours, surfing, sailing, fishing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, etc close by, there are plenty of activities around the Guanacaste region. Casa de Colorado is the perfect oasis to unwind after a long day.
